Description
Chocolate Chip
(dairy-free)
Ingredients: Organic eggs, palm shortening, organic chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, organic coconut sugar, organic cocoa butter), almond flour, coconut sugar, organic coconut flour, baking soda, vanilla extract, cream of tartar, sea salt.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place desired number of cookies on the sheet. Let sit on your counter while the oven preheats.
- Preheat your oven to 350°. With a clean hand, slightly press down on each cookie dough ball.
- Bake for 8-13 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Be sure to watch closely! All ovens are different.
- Remove from oven. Let cool at least 10 minutes before enjoying.
- Cookies are best eaten the same day they are baked.
Peanut Butter
(vegan)
Ingredients: Organic peanut butter, almond flour, organic maple syrup, organic coconut sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda, sea salt.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place desired number of cookies on the sheet. Let sit on your counter while the oven preheats.
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes.
- Wait to cool before enjoying. I promise, they’re better when you wait.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for crunchy cookies, or on the counter for chewy cookies.
Snickerdoodle
(vegan)
Ingredients: Almond flour, palm shortening, organic maple syrup, cinnamon, organic coconut sugar, arrowroot flour, vanilla extract, baking soda, sea salt.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour enclosed cinnamon sugar packet into a small, deep bowl.
- Place up to three balls of dough at a time in the cinnamon sugar. Swirl around and toss to coat. Remember to save remaining cinnamon sugar for the rest of your cookie dough balls! (Don’t worry. It’s safe to use again.)
- Place desired number of coated cookie dough balls on your lined cookie sheet and press down with your palm or the bottom of a coffee cup until they are about 1/2” thick.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes. Let cool at least 10 minutes before eating.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for a week, but eat at room temperature or warm in microwave.
